Simply life

下雨的早晨,简单地准备了个早餐。

在我的二十一岁里,我真的尝试了很多第一次。
从前的我,省至不会一个人去吃(我宁愿不吃或打包,多数是有人陪啦*呵呵*)
这次是我第一次在独自在咖啡店里待个半天~
打开电脑,做作业,上个网,
而我,爱上了这样的宁静,慢活。

This is my misadventure on the double 11, this is not my first time to lost my wallet. 
And it's just happened in between one year.
After steal, one after another rob.

It came out quite unawares, quite undesignedly.
A lot of students is move around, and it just in front of the guard house!!

ya, i care about all my things were lost, all the memorize was gone...
but, the more i care and mind are that i had bring a lot trouble to you all.
always ... ... Feel like i was born in trouble.
i know this time i'm worrying to my parents, sisters and brother again.
我这个小妹又生事了。

I can almost smell it _ Depressed, lifeless, trashy __
BUT at the same time, i felt all caring from friends from family.
it's really warm to saw you all comments, messages ....
although i can't reply to all one by one,
but i do appreciate ENOUGH.

Thanks to Set Lee, You, soh po still blame on yourself but is none of your business...any accident happen is can't predict but can prevent I know. 
Thanks for your accompany and the whole day u busy for me don't even have time to take your meal. 
Thanks, You do help me a lot and a lot even skip the class. 
Thank you for being my notifier and your phone is rang non-stop. Sorry for always bringing trouble to you. 

Thanks my brother to trace back my phone, *i still pay a small hope to the police, hope you do something after we gave u the location, i believe in you please*

燕菜月饼记

中秋节又来啦。

这是去年的做的燕菜月饼....

为了不浪费去年买的燕菜模型。
今年我也决定了来做四个口味一边凑够一盒月饼 :)


当我决定开始做月饼的时候,竟然发现没把去年的食谱收好。
所以我只好自己再重新研究分量,
原本是依照燕菜包装粉上的指示去做,
怎么知道成果不太理想。
燕菜太软了....
我再上网找了食谱,
尝试了好几个都不太理想,
也许我用的燕菜粉有所不同。
最后,我用了一包粉九碗水的传统方法来做,
就成功了。
自己再调一调椰浆,糖与水的分量,
感觉也还不错。

之后心想
这次要把所做的记下来
以免又得从新研究。

*(燕菜粉用了泰国牌一包25g)

一包做大概14-16粒

tadaaa..... 一天内做了五十多粒。累惨了~~~ 








姐姐买了很多月饼盒回来,这次可以把所有燕菜都进盒啦~

星期日这天,厨房是被咱姐妹俩弄翻了天呢。


香芋米露燕菜月饼


(大概18粒)
西米馅料

(A)
燕菜粉 6 g 
糖 100 gm  (搅碎)
清水 390 ml
pandan 叶 3 片(打结)
西米 1 (西米浸泡5分钟,再用快锅加水煮至透明,过冷水即可)


(B)
椰浆 150ml
紫色素少许

做法:
将材料A放入锅里煮至溶解及滚,加入B料搅拌转小火煮两分钟,熄火待用。


水晶内层

燕菜粉 8 g
清水 1530 ml
糖 200 g
pandan 叶 5-7 片

做法:
将材料放入锅里煮至溶解及滚,转小火煮两分钟,熄火待用。

宇香外层

(A)
燕菜粉 15 g 
玉米粉 2 小匙  掺水弄匀)
ABC 淡奶 100 ml
清水 430ml
pandan 叶 3 片(打结)
芋头 200-300 gm (蒸熟,压烂至无颗状粒)

(B)
椰浆 820ml

做法:
将材料A放入锅里煮至溶解及滚,加入B料搅拌转小火煮两分钟,熄火待用。


1. 将宇香外层,西米馅料和水晶内层分层次倒入月饼模型里
     记得把准备好的蛋黄放入1/2满的燕菜
    *如果燕菜硬了可使用叉或刀子在表面划几刀,以免第一和第二层的燕菜脱模后分开。



红豆水晶燕菜月饼


红豆馅料可看宇时金治燕菜月饼 (红豆绿茶)

水晶燕菜 (12-14粒)

燕菜粉 17 g 
清水 1530 ml
糖 200 g 
pandan 叶 5-7 片

把煮好的燕菜分半,一半加入少许红色素。
分层次倒入月饼模型里。

宇时金治燕菜月饼 (红豆绿茶)


红豆馅料

(A)
燕菜粉 8 g 
糖 200 gm  (搅碎)
玉米粉 2 小匙  掺水弄匀)
清水 200 ml
ABC淡奶 70 ml
pandan 叶 3 片(打结)
红豆 1 红豆洗净,再用快锅加水煮约15~18分钟至软,倒除多余的汤汁即可)

(B)
椰浆 450ml

*备用- 蛋黄放入小模型里(大概16个)蛋黄用了橙色番薯代替

做法:
将材料A放入锅里煮至溶解及滚,加入B料搅拌转小火煮两分钟,熄火倒入模里待凉,冷藏至凝固后取出,待用。


绿茶外皮

(A)
燕菜粉 17 g 
糖 150 gm (随个人喜好去调)
ABC 淡奶 100 ml
鲜奶/牛奶 400 g
清水 1030 ml
绿茶粉 3 汤匙


做法:
1. 将所有材料A放入锅里以边搅拌至滚,开小火再煮两分钟。
2. 熄火倒入大燕菜模里约1/3满(约用两汤匙),待凉
3. 待稍微凝固,还稍软的时候放入绿茶内馅。
    *如果燕菜硬了可使用叉或刀子在表面划几刀,以免第一和第二层的燕菜脱模后分开。
4. 再把剩余的燕菜液倒入模型至满和覆盖馅料。
5. 待凝固冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏。

珍多椰奶燕菜月饼


珍多馅料

(A)
燕菜粉 8 g 
椰糖 200 gm  (搅碎)
玉米粉 2 小匙  掺水弄匀)
清水 220ml
pandan 叶 3 片(打结)

(B)
椰浆 500ml
珍多 一包 (随个人喜好大概放就行了)
*备用- 蛋黄放入小模型里(大概16个)蛋黄用了黄色番薯代替

做法:
将材料A放入锅里煮至溶解及滚,加入B料搅拌转小火煮两分钟,熄火倒入模里待凉,冷藏至凝固后取出,待用。


椰奶外皮

(A)
燕菜粉 17 g 
黄糖 150 gm (随个人喜好去调)
椰糖 70 gm
ABC 淡奶 10 ml
清水 1220 ml

(B)
椰浆 300ml

做法:
1. 将所有材料A放入锅里以边搅拌至滚,加入B料开小火煮个两分钟。
2. 熄火倒入大燕菜模里约1/3满(约用两汤匙),待凉
3. 待稍微凝固,还稍软的时候放入珍多内馅。
    *如果燕菜硬了可使用叉或刀子在表面划几刀,以免第一和第二层的燕菜脱模后分开。
4. 再把剩余的燕菜液倒入模型至满和覆盖馅料。
5. 待凝固冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏。

奶茶珍多


由于馅料煮多了,我用了奶茶(teh)代替椰奶燕菜外皮
把燕菜粉加入泡好的奶茶加入黄糖与椰浆即可。
